CHEMCOPRO Rubberized Undercoat (Asphalt Base) is formulated to create a heavy-duty protective layer for vehicle underbodies and structural components. The asphalt-based coating provides excellent resistance against water, road debris, and corrosion while helping reduce road noise. Its thick protective film offers enhanced durability in demanding driving environments. Recommended for trucks, SUVs, trailers, and commercial vehicles.
Directions for Use:
1. Clean the underbody area thoroughly and make sure it is completely dry.
2. Remove loose rust, old coating, dust, oil, and road dirt before application.
3. Shake well until the asphalt-based material is fully mixed.
4. Spray a heavier and more uniform layer on areas exposed to stones, salt, water, and road impact.
5. Focus on wheel wells, chassis edges, lower panels, and high-impact underbody areas.
6. Do not apply on exhaust pipes, engine parts, brakes, or moving components.
7. Allow sufficient curing time until a tough, black protective layer is formed.
