CHEMCOPRO Fast Adhesive (MDF Kit) is a two-component bonding system consisting of a high-strength cyanoacrylate adhesive and an activator spray designed for rapid assembly applications. The system provides extremely fast curing, excellent bonding strength, and improved productivity in woodworking, furniture manufacturing, interior decoration, and general industrial applications. It is particularly suitable for MDF, wood, rubber, plastics, leather, and many porous materials. The fast-setting performance helps reduce clamping time and accelerate production processes.
Directions for Use:
1. Make sure the MDF, wood, or bonding surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and loose particles.
2. Apply the adhesive evenly to one side of the surface to be bonded.
3. Spray the activator lightly onto the other side of the surface.
4. Join the two surfaces immediately after applying the adhesive and activator.
5. Press the parts firmly together for several seconds to achieve fast positioning.
6. Keep the bonded parts stable until the adhesive reaches sufficient strength.
7. Wipe off excess adhesive carefully before it hardens.
8. Close both the adhesive bottle and activator spray tightly after use.
