CHEMCOPRO High-temperature Resistant Spray Paint is a professional fast-drying acrylic coating designed for painting and protecting parts exposed to extreme heat, including exhaust systems, engines brake calipers, radiators, boilers, stoves, fireplaces, grills and industrial equipment.
The products forms a durable protective coating with high adhesion and resistance to mechanical stress. It provides protection against corrosion, fuel, chemicals, and weather condition. It is resistant to temperature fluctuations, does not crack, fade or yellow, and maintains performance under intensive use. It withstands to continuous temperature up to 600℃and short-term exposure to +800℃ depending on operating conditions.
Directions For Use:
1. Clean the surface thoroughly before painting.
2. Shake the can well for 1 minute.
3. Apply 2-3 thin coats at a distance of 20-30 cm to the surface with 3-10 min intervals
4. After drying, it is recommended to heat the coated surface to 160-200℃ for full curing. Slight smoke during heating is normal.
5. Touch dry is approx. 30 min.
