Product Features:

CHEMCOPRO Reflective Films Spray (Peelable) is a semi-transparent coating that reflects light for customization and safety. Product will reflect or illuminate under direct light. Ideal for use on any hard surface such as wheels or a helmet. When applied correctly, product can be peeled off to remove or create designs.

 Preparation:

Use outdoors or with adequate ventilation. Do not use near open flame.

For best results avoid sunlight, humidity above 85%, or breezy conditions. Use only when temperature of material and surfaces are between  20° C and 28 C(68° F and 83° F).

Remove all dirt, grease, oil, salt and chemical contaminants by washing the surface with a commercial detergent or degreaser. Wipe with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry completely.

Application:

First Coat

1.  Shake spray can vigorously for one full minute. Do not strike the can.

2. Hold spray can between 10" and 12" from surface, moving can back and forth slightly overlapping each stroke. Apply THIN coat to create a porous finish. Be sure that the entire surface is covered.

3. Let coat set for 10 minutes.

4. Turn can upside down and spray for 3 seconds to avoid clogged nozzle.

Second Coat

1. Shake spray can often while applying.

2. Hold spray can between 10" and 12"from surface, moving can back and forth slightly overlapping each stroke. Apply thick coat with an even, wet appearance. Move spray can closer to the surface if needed. If runs or sags are experienced, move can further away from surface.

3. Allow coat to set for 15 minutes then repeat steps again to achieve a minimum of 4 coats.

4. Coating will be completely dry in 4 hours.

Clean valve immediately after each use by turning can upside down and depressing the spray button for 3-5 seconds (some paint will spray out). If clogged, remove nozzle and soak in naphtha. Do not stick pin or other objects into spray can. 

Clean up wet product with soft soap or alcohol if needed. Never use soap that contain wax. If product doesn't remove easily use naphtha, xylene (xylol), or toluene (toluol) to dissolve it.
